Yes, sure! A return trip will take you back to your hometown with a vehicle of the same size of the one you arrived in. Return trips can be booked for any day. Don’t worry if you already don’t know your exact addredd when booking; you’ll have the opportunity to update us closer to your travel date – you just need to know the city.
Here’s the standard measures to refer to: big baggage (29″ x 21″ x 11″ / 74 x 53 x 28 cm), small baggage (22″ x 14″ x 9″ / 56 x 36 x 23 cm).
Generally, the van accommodates 6-7 passengers with one large suitcase, or 5 passengers with 5 large and 5 small bags. Luxury sedans can only accommodate 2 large or 3 small bags.
We always send the best suited vehicle for you and your luggage, so please make sure to select the exact amount of luggage you’ll be travelling with when booking. If you have large luggage or aren’t sure whether your luggage will fit, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Yes, if specified in the request, indicating the child’s age and type of car-seat required. This option doesn’t involve extra costs.
All our drivers must present us their criminal record. We do interview every driver. All vehicles must be less than 10 years old, in excellent working order, and insured as required by local laws. Drivers must provide us with proof of registration, insurance, and a history of vehicle inspections. And being our drivers local, they’re familiar with the rules and customs of the road. We believe this offers you a safer and more relaxing experience.
Your flight is constantly monitored by our team. Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes for airport pickup in the event of a delay. If possible, make sure to contact our support team as soon as you learn of the delay. We will however guarantee your transfer at your new arrival time.
For all types of pick-up is included a free wait-time, beyond which a waiting supplement of 66 € hourly will be charged.
-Pick-ups at airports and ports include a 60-minute wait from the landing time.
-Pick-ups at train stations include a 30-minute wait.
-Pick-ups at hotels/B&Bs/restaurants include a 15-minute wait.
You can make changes to your itinerary free of charge up to 36 hours before your departure (but please note that some changes may affect the price of your trip). If you need to make a last-minute change less than 36 hours before your departure, we will do our best to accomodate you (yet additional fees may apply). Our team is at your disposal 24/7, contact us to find the best solution.
Yes, you can do it in all safety and traceability. Noir Line accepts Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express (and many more). Then you can pay via PayPal and Apple Pay if you’re an iOS user, as well as using all the methods supported by Stripe platform.

Please note that all payments for your ride are set up in advance – your driver can’t accept payments on the spot.
In the event your flight gets canceled, you will be refunded the full amount.
For booked transfers, you can cancel and receive a full refund up to 6 hours before your departure – unless it’s a service priced over 300 €, to be canceled at least 24 hours before.
